M-AUDIO AUDIOPHILE 2496 SOUND CARD DRIVER

Only drawback, no headphone jack. Not much to say after that. I use it mainly with Elektrik Piano live. Today, I have laptops and a USB sound card, it's still much more convenient, but my old system is connected and operational. I bought this used for a reasonable price.

So what must be done is uninstall the old drivers before installing the new drivers just to be safe.

I purchased this card because it was affordable and it and it allowed me to connect both my Midi controller before usb midi controllers were popular as well as my turn table. I think the card was fairly price just wish it had a few more bells and whistles but fairly priced. The drivers are updated but the manual has not been.

Latency for I never am xard to, Audkophile used this card with some free software like ardor, and especially under reaper. The sound is not as flattering as other brands I have tried, but it is not necessarily a fault. Get this and reaper.
